One of the most beloved street foods finds a special place in our hearts and your bellies in this Roasted Chicken Shawarma Bowl. We slow roast marinated chicken thighs before punching them up with a vibrant, fresh herb tabbouleh and serving it over our turmeric rice pilaf. How much is too much of our creamy garlic tahini to drizzle over top? We haven't found that answer yet either. This dish is gluten-free, extremely balanced, and rich in healthy fats.
