Shakshuka is one of the pinnacle dishes leading the ‘breakfast for dinner’ movement. But in North Africa where it originated, it’s still served as breakfast and we think that’s where it shines. An incredible slow-cooked spiced tomato sauce is studded with roasted vegetables and yukon potatoes before being baked with free-range eggs and topped with vibrant herbs.
