Roasted Squash Masala Bowl

Our chefs prepare a vibrant and flavourful beet biryani as the base before topping it with spiced roasted squash, spinach tofu paneer, blanched spinach and a celery and mandarin orange salad. Drizzle with our tamarind mustard glaze for flavour in every bite. This dish is also loaded with vitamin C, vitamin K and is high in antioxidants.
