  • How do I turn off automatic renewal?

    Easily pause your subscription, skip a week or cancel your subscription with one-click in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.

  • What are the benefits of subscribing to the meal service?

    Subscribing to our weekly meal program has numerous benefits versus a one-time purchase. UpMeals subscribers have access to the following additional benefits, including:

    UpMeals subscribers can save up to 15% on the cost of their meals, and also gain access to exclusive promo codes, special meals and offers not available to one-time purchasers. We also do seasonal promotions or discounts throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter for all the latest news!

  • Do I need to subscribe, or can I just order once?

    Of course! You may select a one-time taste of UpMeals when selecting your meal preferences. Keep in mind, weekly subscribers enjoy cost savings, special meals and much more!

  • Can I choose individual meals?

    Our meal plans are curated automatically based on your preferences to make eating well a hassle free experience! If there are specific meals you’d like to include or want to avoid, you can always leave a specific note in your account when placing your order. A reminder, you can always update your meal preferences any time in the “My Account” section of our website.

  • Can I order more than one meal plan at once?

    Yes! You can add multiple meal plans to your Cart and check them out all at the same time. Each meal plan either be a “One-Time Taste” or “Weekly Subscription” can have different lengths, preferences and meal types. This way, you can order different UpMeals plans for everyone in your household! You can choose to order multiple of the same meal plan by increasing the “Quantity” in your cart. You can add another meal plan directly from your cart, or by selecting “Add another meal plan” after entering your first selection.
